- Global Talent — for qualifying leaders/potential leaders and certain prestigious-prize holders.
Is a job offer required?
Skilled Worker and Health & Care normally require a confirmed sponsored job. Global Talent uses a different endorsement/prize framework.
PR / settlement potential
Skilled Worker and Health & Care Worker holders can normally qualify for Indefinite Leave to Remain after five qualifying years if settlement requirements are met.
